Dr. Vaithilingaraja Arumugaswami, Virologist and Associate Professor, Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology develops vaccines against a broad range of viruses and is currently investigating the pathogenesis of the novel coronavirus to design an effective vaccine
Dr. Brigitte Gomperts, Professor of Pediatrics and Pulmonary Medicine investigates lung repair and regeneration and is exploring therapies against COVID-19
Dr. Robert Damoiseaux, a High Throughput Screening (HTS) expert and Professor, Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology. His research interests focus on the development of novel HTS technologies.
Dr. Otto Yang, Professor of Medicine, has developed immunotherapies and nanoparticle vaccines against HIV and other viruses and is currently investigating their application to COVID-19.
