Debolina Kowshik, J.D.

Deb Kowshik serves as Assistant Director of Contracts at UCLA TDG, where she drafts and negotiates complex, customized agreements, including patent, trademark, copyright, software, and biological materials licenses, as well as options, letters of intent, inter-institutional agreements, bailments, material transfer agreements, and master industry agreements. Deb also reviews routine consulting, collaboration, and confidentiality agreements, along with amendments and terminations. Previously, Deb served as Contracts Counsel at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s Office of General Counsel. Deb holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, a B.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University, and is a proud alum of The Bronx High School of Science.
