This session is designed to provide a high-level overview of patent and trademark law, including an understanding of your rights, the processes for obtaining patents and trademarks, key timelines, and strategies for effectively leveraging intellectual property.
The presentation will also offer foundational guidance to help teams develop an intellectual property strategy as part of their business plans in advance of the deadlines for the Knapp Competition and the Cross-Campus Innovation Challenge.
