Travis is a senior TDG Business Development Fellow, under the life science marketing team, and has been working with TDG since March 2018. He is a fourth-year Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology, working on developing novel microfluidic technologies to produce Positron Emission Tomography (PET) agents. With the use of microfluidic devices, current roadblocks in the development of novel PET tracers can be overcome by surveying a wide breadth of reaction space parameters, furthering our understanding of radiochemistry, and promoting otherwise cost restrictive tracer development that can be used for the identification of a myriad of diseases or to assess the efficacy of treatment pathways. He is seeking a Ph.D. to become an industry research scientist in drug development, with a penultimate goal of entrepreneurship in novel drug development pathway platforms. As a senior fellow at TDG, Travis manages a wide breadth of marketing responsibilities for life science technologies and oversees junior fellows.
