Kathleen joined TDG in August 2021 as a Technology Fellow. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at UCLA. She obtained her B.A. in Chemistry from Wellesley College and was an intern in 2019 at Beyond Meat in their Formulations R&D Department. Kathleen's research at UCLA is focused on chemical and biological advances for sustainable food systems. As a TDG fellow, she is involved in technology evaluation and marketing. She is expected to graduate in 2023 and is keen on pursuing a career in sustainability.
